Refund policy
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help!
We offer a 14 day return policy from the date you received your item(s) and a further 14 days to return the item(s) back to us. To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be in the same condition as it was received and unused.
You can be refunded for an exchange or full refund to the original payment method.
To start a return, please contact us at info@leahjadehome.co.uk with your order details and the reason for the return. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the address to return the item(s).
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please note: returns are not covered by Leah Jade Home. We recommend using a fully insured and tracked shipping method to send the item back to us. We will not be liable for any damages or lost parcels occurred during transit back to us.
Any returned items received back to us damaged or not in its original condition, will unfortunately only be offered a credit note for the value of your order or returned to you.
Every item is inspected before being packed but please carefully inspect your item(s) upon delivery and if you notice any defects, damage or receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery to discuss your options.
Exceptions/Non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
If your return is accepted, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.
