Shipping policy

We currently deliver to the United Kingdom only and aim to ship items within 2-3 working days of receiving your order. 

We offer FREE delivery for all orders over £100 (discount automatically applied at checkout). 

While we aim to deliver your items within 2-3 days of dispatch, please note shipping times may vary and delays can sometimes occur due to circumstances beyond our control. We kindly ask you to allow up to 5 working days from the shipment date before chasing your delivery. 

We use a variety of trusted couriers to ensure your items are sent safely and securely. All items are sent using a recorded, tracked and insured service.  

Please ensure your delivery address specified is correct as we cannot accept liability for any loss or damage to goods that have been delivered to the incorrect address (unless this is caused by our negligence). 

Upon receiving your items, please check your order to ensure there has been no damage in transit. All faults/damages must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the product. You must send an image of the reported issues, and we will endeavour to resolve the issue for you.
